Eine sehr willkommene Abwechslung zu den immer wieder gleichen Speisekarten, die sonst in albufeira zu finden sind. Das Knoblauchbrot ist als Vorspeise sehr empfehlenswert. Der Preis ist auch der Hammer! Wir hatten den Schweineeintopf und den Gemüseeintopf. Beide waren sehr lecker! Der Service war sehr gut und aufmerksam. Ich kann dieses Restaurant aufgrund seiner top Preis-Leistingsqualität nur empfehlen! ~ Falco B

Un des meilleurs restaurant qu’on a fait a albufeira. Nous sommes allés avec notre bébé de 15 mois et tout s’est tres bien passé. L’endroit es cozy comme a la maison, d’ailleurs c’est dans une maison transformée en restaurant. Les plats étaient très bon et copieux. Le restaurant es loin des attrapes touristes donc c’etait parfait pour nous Je recommande fortement ce restaurant ~ Anittah S

Dank unseres Reiseführers sind wir auf dieses Restaurant aufmerksam geworden. Wir saßen im romantisch gestalteten Außenbereich und wurden sowohl vom Chef als auch vom restlichen Personal äußerst freundlich bedient - der Chef packte sogar sein durchaus gutes deutsch aus, um uns die Speisekarte zu erklären. Die Speisen waren allesamt hervorragend! Wir waren begeistert von dem unscheinbaren Restaurant ☺️ ~ Nina P

Une super adresse à Albufeira, restaurant local et non touristique, nous sommes allés pour la soirée fado organisée par des chanteurs et musiciens, un vrai plaisir ! Ce soir-là un menu spécial était proposé, nous nous sommes régaler, portions très généreuse, mention spéciale pour la sangria rosé qui était incroyable! Les serveurs ont été hyper gentils! This hidden jewel ran by Nuno and Nathalie is a must for anyone who wants to try something different to the cuisine of the nearby Strip. We were helpfully advised on the right wine to compliment our food choices which was delicious, and the food itself was so good we booked to go back again before the end of our trip. We opted for the bread and olives to start which came with sardine pate and a small soup which was incredibly well presented and tasty. The stars were obviously the stews. Full of fresh ingredients and flavour, coupled with bread and potatoes, why you'd order anything else is beyond me. There's a stew for everyone on the list. Lovely staff, lovely food and wine, absolute highlight of the trip. ~ L L

Op aanbeveling van de reisleidster van Tui hier gaan eten. Het was echt verrukkelijk. Je krijgt waar voor je geld. Het is een mix van Portugees en Nederlands eten. De bediening zelf spreekt ook Nederlands. Het is aan te raden om te reserveren. Op de avond dat we er hadden gegeten hebben ze meerdere mensen moeten wegsturen omdat er geen plaats meer was. ~ Marco F

Une merveilleuse soirée sur la terrasse de ce restaurant où nous avons très bien mangé. Plats copieux préparés avec soins. Ambiance chaleureuse et personnel super sympa. Un sommelier passionné qui sait de quoi il parle et tout ça à des prix très abordables. Pensez à réserver pour être sûr d'avoir une place. Adresse à garder. Je recommande +++. ~ Julia C

Mega lecker, ein Inhaber der deutsch kann und in Deutschland gelebt hat, super freundlich, familiär und aufmerksam. Essen hat super geschmeckt und Vorspeise auch, wir hatten noch nie so viel Knoblauch Brot bekommen und es war sehr lecker. Knoblauch Garnelen auch sehr lecker. Wir waren auch paar Meter weiter und es war in Vergleich nicht Mal ansatzweise so gut und preiswert. Wie empfehlen es auf jeden Fall. ~ Mxxx

Tout était parfait. La jolie petite terrasse est très agréable, le personnel est aux petits soins, la cuisine est excellente en particulier les "Stews", spécialités de la maison. De l'entrée jusqu'aux dessert nous avons passé 2 super moments car durant notre séjour à Albufeira nous y sommes allés 2 fois ! Et en plus ce n'est pas cher du tout. Merci, ce petit resto mériterait une sixième étoile. ~ Axel

Restaurante muito bonito e com boas entradas pois só comemos entradas. Adorámos e vamos voltar para provar tudo o resto. Os estufados são o forte da casa e na próxima visita não escapam. Estacionamento fácil. A esplanada é incrível. O atendimento é rápido e simpático. Tem bons preços para as maravilhosas que servem. Recomendo vivamente ~ José E

Wir waren heute an unserem ersten Abend hier essen und würden noch mal wieder kommen 😍 Schöne, entspannte, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Unglaublich netter Gastgeber! Der ganze Service war außerordentlich toll. Preis-Leistung Mega und das Essen sowie der Sangria köstlich (wir hatten das vegetarische Stew und Knochblauchbrot). I've found being a solo old git in alberfuera that I've felt like I could have chosen a better place. Lots of bars and kebabs. I didn't know what to expect from here but the pics and reviews looked promising. Everywhere else anyone recommend was frozen chips lol. It was beautiful here. Best part of the holiday so far. The house red was smooth, the prawns delicious and all poop tracks bar one removed which I made a mess of trying to sort. The veil stew was so good. The meat just broke apart and the flavours where like the bottom of your nannas special gravy mix. So good. Mmmm honestly I'm stuffed from it but could eat again. The atmosphere was great. Nice music which fitted in with the restaurant ~ John H

Visited early November 2024, very quiet but currently off season. I appreciate that stew in many countries is normally associated with cold weather, of which, Albufeira is not. None the less, you should visit this restaurant and try one of the stews on the menu. Both the pork and lamb stew were outstanding, as with the other reviews, the meat simply fell apart and was perfectly unique tasting. We visited half way through our trip so hoping we will be able to visit again as I'm very interested to try the other stews on offer. Portions for both were good, I think if we had shared one stew between us we would have had space for desert. The restaurant does offer the stews for two people but a portion for one might satisfy two. All in all, great atmosphere, excellent service and amazing food! ~ Colin P

Ma fille et moi sommes allées dans ce restaurant lors d’une soirée Fado. C’était une super soirée qui restera un moment fort de notre séjour en Algarve. Le cadre rustique va avec les délicieuses spécialités Portugaises mijotées, le tout accompagné de très bon musicien. Uitgenodigd door een vriend(Hugo) van ons die weer bevriend is met de eigenaar van het restaurant.Heerlijk een stoofpotje gegeten waar mijn moeder niet tegen kunt koken.geweldige menu's voor een redelijke prijs,en kwaliteit. Ein kulinarisches Highlight an der Algarve. Nicht nur, weil es eine willkommene Abwechslung zu den sonstigen Angeboten ist, sondern auch, weil es hervorragend schmeckt. Dazu kommt ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Der frühe Vogel fängt den Eintopf - der späte sollte besser einen Tisch reservieren 😉. Fazit: wir kommen wieder 👍 ~ Vrunk S

Nuno, el propietario, en todo momento nos dio trato exquisito, aconsejandonos y hacernos sentir como en casa. También, es importante destacar la calidad de los productos y el gusto con el que estaban cocinados. Lo más increíble es calidad precio. Très bon restaurant ! Spécialité qui ressemble au boeuf Bourguignons très bien cuisiné et un peu relevé. Accueil chaleureux et symphatique. La sangria blanche preparé maison est un délice! Nous avons même eux des digestifs offerts par la maison ! Nous reviendrons c’est sure même si on a eu un peu d’attente pour le plat. ~ JeNNy F

L’unico posto in tutta Albufeira dove si mangia veramente cibo portoghese della zona. Il proprietario porta avanti le tradizioni della nonna, oltre che è stato super ospitale e gentile ci hanno accolti bene e abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Consiglio di farvi consigliare da lui il vino. Ich hatte hier zu Abend mit einem guten Kollegen gegessen und wir wurden sehr herzlich und familiär begrüßt. Es war ein unscheinbares aber sehr schönes Lokal. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service war top. Wir können es nur empfehlen hier essen zu gehen und wenn wir nochmal nach Portugal kommen werden wir hier aufjedenfall nochmal essen kommen😋 ~ Danny.

We walked here and we wondered where we would end up when the area became more and more residential. Definitely worth the extra mile (literally!). We had amazing stews, full of flavor and good portion sizes. Accompanied by fresh bread and delicious boiled potatoes, and served in the cutest little pots. The staff is so friendly and helpful! They're clearly proud of what they serve and they love seeing people enjoy it. We were seated outside during a warm spring evening, the little garden is amazing! Lots of plants, little lights everywhere and a great playlist to add to the ambiance. 5/5 definitely come and eat here if you're ever in Albufeira! ~ Anita Z

Pasamos de casualidad y nos quedamos a comer, todo un acierto, muchas gracias Nuno por deleitarnos con el bacalao. No todo quedó ahí, hablando con el nos dijo que el servicio de noche, cambiaba muchísimo. Reservamos para cenar al día siguiente y salimos súper encantados. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend! Es ist ein schönes Ambiente, vor allem zum draußen sitzen super! Auch wenn es an der Straße liegt sehr ruhig, aber tolle Musik! Essen sehr schmackhaft ❤️und der Service auch super und persönlich, ein Familienunternehmen, was aber mit Klasse überzeugt und das man gerne unterstützt! ~ Mia S
